Penny's brother Roger Beeston married Genevieve on Tuesday December 28, 2004 in Carmel, California. The service was conducted on the beach by Pat and the guests were the Johnson family Sister Penny, Brother in law Andrew, Niece Eliza, Niece Alice and Nephew Angus. A very beautiful location and occasion. After the wedding and the photographs, the party enjoyed a trip along California Highway 1 to Rocky Point Restaurant and Nepenthe Restaurant. In the evening, everybody went out for dinner. The location of the wedding is rather special. Roger is an architect, and the beach on which they were married is overlooked by a very famous house - designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The weather on this occasion wasn't up to California's usual standard - however it was dry enough for the wedding to be conducted out of doors. An amazing and exciting day - Congratulations Genevieve and Roger.
