Wedding Service - August 6, 2005

Alan and Jen's Wedding (4 of 13) :

These are photographs of the service itself and the guests when we left the church.

The service was conducted by Rev Bruce Nicole. The service was beautiful. The organ played, the choir sang. Vows were exchanged.

After the service, the couple, witnesses and parents repaired to the vestry for the signing of the papers. While the wedding party were engaged in this activity, the guests were entertained by Alan's friend Tim singing and playing his guitar.

We left the church to the playing of Mendleson's "Wedding March" and the peeling of bells in the church spire. The bell ringers can be seen from inside the church. It was really a magic moment. This of course was followed by photographs, confetti and the departure of the newly weds in the Bentley. The guests then boarded the bus to take us about 15 miles to Frensham Heights for the reception.

Most of these photographs were taken by David Innes using my Canon Digital Rebel SLR. David is a friend of Alan and a guest at the wedding. Thank you, David.
