Setting Off - July 24, 2009

Vacation 2009 (1 of 21) :

I often think the best part of a vacation is setting off. After waiting for the big day to arrive - we're finally moving. It's great. And of course it's always great to finish at work and relax.

We met at a restaurant beside the railway station in San Jose. The train was leaving at 8:30pm and was on time. Dennis came to see us off. And Jim's boss John and wife also came. And Jim and Sandy's son John came to see us go. He's going to join us later in the trip - he has to take a college exam before he can join us.
