We've had a really wonderful weekend at the wedding of Neil and Natalie. Neil, Brian and Eileen have lived next door to us in Camberley for 25 years. It was a pleasure to be with the family for such a special occasion. The wedding took place in beautiful Guernsey, Channel Islands where Natalie's family live. Hugh thanks to Lonia and Peter for the invitation to the wedding. It was beautiful.

We are thrilled and delighted to announce the birth of a new addition to the Mills family - Holly Jessica. Holly was born on Monday August 21, 2006 in Camberley, Surrey, England. We're delighted to say that new Mum Jennifer, new Dad Alan and Baby Holly are all fine.

There was a family barbeque and get together in Camberley to welcome the new member to the clan. A very nice day with loads of aunties, uncles, parents, grandparents and great grandparents. And Holly was quite wonderful and adorable.

Tinkerbell (one of the cats) also enjoyed all the activity in the yard and lots of people to stroke her. Smokes (the other cat) wasn't to be seen anywhere.

I'm just in a last few days of a trip to England to visit our grand-daughter Holly and to attend the wedding on Neil and Natalie in Guernsey. It's been a very nice trip and the weather has been almost perfect.

After we return to the USA, I'm going to do some serious training and hope to requalify for Boston in the Silicon Valley Marathon on October 29. Then on to the fall holidays of Thanskgiving and Christmas. Ali's going to stay on in England for three weeks and will return to the States in early October.

The baptism of Holly will take place in England in Decemenber that will be be a very happy family gathering. Ali will attend for sure, and I'd like to also be there.
