I'm rather proud of this map. The current version of this uses 5 bitmaps and a style sheet to do the business. No JavaScript necessary. I could modify it to use a single bitmap! Good isn't it? If you'd like to know how it works, read the code or drop me an email. There's a perl script to generate the webpage and style sheet.
